We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at The Fat Badger. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Salary: £35,000 per annum

Service charge: Earn an extra circa £15,000 per annum

What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Manager at The Fat Badger:

  • Maintain a high level of service and ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed.
  • Oversee daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver a smooth, efficient service.
  • Support, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Ideally have previous experience in a high-end venue or fine dining.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
