We are looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our front of house team at The Fat Badger. This vibrant venue offers exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Salary: £13 per hour + Service charge (Earning up to £19 per hour)

What you’ll be doing as Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress at The Fat Badger:
- Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Collaborative teamwork, work closely with managers, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
- Demonstrate your passion for cocktails & drinks, understanding ingredients and preparation methods, provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area, proactively clear and service tables.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system.
About you, our new Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress:
- Have previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Be passionate and care about the detail, love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
- Ideally have a strong wine knowledge.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts.
- Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
