We’re hiring energetic Food Runners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to join our front of house team at our newest venue, The Hart in Marylebone. This vibrant venue offers exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Salary - £12.21 per hour + Service charge (Earn up to £17 per hour)

What you’ll be doing as a Food Runner at The Hart:
- Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the appropriate tables or designated areas promptly and accurately.
- Verify accuracy of orders, ensuring that all dishes match the corresponding table numbers or descriptions.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware arrangement.
- Collaborative teamwork, work closely with the team to provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries.
