We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our new opening, The Horses! Opening in August 2026, The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Set within a building that has long been part of the local community, the venue will combine a pub atmosphere with exceptional dining, quality drinks, and attentive service across multiple floors. We are building a team that prides itself on delivering authentic hospitality, who are collaborative and create a genuinely warm, welcoming environment for every guest. Salary: £12.71 per hour + service charge (Earn up to £17 per hour)

What you'll be doing as a Bartender:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
- Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
