The Head of Events Programming is responsible for planning, organising and delivering a varied programme of in-house and external events.

What you'll be doing as Head of Events Programming:
- In-house Event Planning and Delivery β Lead the planning and execution of key in-house events and activations, including opening parties and major seasonal events such as Halloween, Christmas and New Year's Eve, as well as brand collaborations. Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Director to ensure every event reflects the company's values and creative standards.
- Events Programming and Production β Plan, produce and deliver a wide range of events from intimate gatherings to large-scale parties, ensuring consistently high creative standards. Oversee all aspects of event production including coordination, logistics, creative development and on-site execution. Attend key events during weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays, while delegating appropriately to other teams where your presence is not required.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination β Work closely with Marketing and Creative, Design, Operations and other internal teams to ensure events support business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for external collaborators, artists and creative partners to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality output.
- Event Success and Feedback β Track and report on event performance by reviewing feedback, attendance, and marketing metrics. Use insights to refine programming and ensure events remain relevant, engaging and commercially effective.
- Budget Management β Manage full event budgets for all venues, ensuring delivery on time and within financial targets. Complete P&L for each event.
About you, our Head of Events Programming:
- Minimum of five years' experience in event management within hospitality or the pub industry
- Experience working with high-profile clients and exclusive events is highly beneficial
- Strong background in event management, ideally within hospitality or the pub sector
- Experience delivering both large in-house events and intimate high-profile functions
- A well-developed network of suppliers, brands and entertainment partners
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
- Proven capability in budget management and achieving financial goals
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences
- Willingness to travel between sites
