Here is your opportunity to be part of the Screening Pathway Administration Team at Breast Test Wales.
The role will provide an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, striving to improve patient outcomes and patient care through the delivery of high quality screening to the growing population of Wales.
This post forms part of Breast Test Wales (BTW) Programme, which aims to detect breast cancer at an early stage, thereby ensuring early treatment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Ensures effective and efficient day to day operation of Screening Pathway function for the programme through line management of a team of Screening Pathway Administrators responsible inviting, helpline support, result processing and pathway failsafe checks which must be done in a consistent and timely way
Responsible for the development and maintenance of detailed operating procedures as well as wider complex failsafe development through a detailed understanding of the programme information systems and participant pathways.
Responsible for quality assurance by delivering training, undertaking routine and ad-hoc competency assessments, audits and targeted checks to ensure staff and operating procedures are in line with programme quality standards and wider policy.
