Role Overview
The Corporate Governance Manager will lead the delivery and smooth running of the Managing Director’s Executive Office and provide exemplary senior business support to the Managing Director of NHS Wales Performance and Improvement. The post holder will work horizontally and vertically across the organisation, engaging with very senior colleagues across NHS Wales and the wider health and care system to support delivery of NHS Wales Performance and Improvement objectives and facilitate effective matrix working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and smooth running of the Managing Director’s Executive Office.
- Provide exemplary senior business and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Work horizontally and vertically across the organisation, interacting with very senior colleagues across NHS Wales and the wider health and care system.
- Facilitate effective matrix working within the wider corporate directorate and beyond.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome.
