Public Health Wales is seeking a motivated People & OD Assistant to join the People Support team. This role provides high‑quality administrative support across a wide range of People & OD services, helping deliver an efficient and staff‑centred experience for managers.

You will be the first point of contact for routine queries, supporting recruitment administration, ESR updates, training compliance, intranet content and general workforce processes, while preparing letters and reports.
