A key driver of our success is TikTok. It's not just a platform for us — it's a core part of our growth engine, community building, and content strategy. From viral product moments to UGC-powered campaigns, TikTok is where our audience lives, shops, and engages. We’re now bringing our performance marketing in-house, with TikTok at the heart of our paid media strategy.

- Campaign Management • Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across platforms, with daily budget pacing and forecasting • Test and refine ad formats, placements, and audience strategies — especially on TikTok where trends evolve fast • Troubleshoot delivery issues and adapt strategy in real-time
- Creative & Influencer Collaboration • Brief and test content with internal and external creators, focused on UGC, Spark Ads, and viral hooks • Collaborate with influencers to amplify paid reach, with a strong focus on TikTok performance loops • Lead creative testing and reporting, continuously improving visual messaging
- Data & Analytics • Use Triple Whale, GA4, and Looker Studio to extract insights and track ROI • Present data-backed performance reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Analyse TikTok campaign performance deeply, identifying creative and timing opportunities
- Innovation & Platform Leadership • Stay ahead of paid media trends, especially on TikTok — understanding what’s working now and what’s next • Champion the use of AI tools and automation to streamline workflows • Own platform relationships and be the internal go-to expert on TikTok ads and algorithm changes
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns in a DTC/e-commerce environment

- Strong analytical ability and comfort with tools like Triple Whale, GA4, and performance dashboards
