We're looking for a Production Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Studio team, keeping projects moving, people informed, and productions running smoothly across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You'll coordinate schedules, manage logistics, track deliverables, and ensure the right people have the right information at the right time. You'll work closely with Producers, Editors, Creative Directors, Client Services and external partners to coordinate productions from brief to delivery, across branded content, social formats and original programming.

What You'll Do

  • Own Production Scheduling; the work you coordinate goes out to hundreds of millions of people.
  • Real ownership of how Studio runs day to day, with the chance to shape systems and processes as we scale.
  • Hybrid working from our London base.
  • A culturally relevant business with real audiences, loved brands and a significant commercial opportunity.

What Good Looks Like

  • Nothing falls through the cracks; deadlines, deliverables and dependencies are tracked without being asked.
  • Producers and Creative Directors can focus on making great work because logistics are handled.
  • Problems are surfaced early, with a proposed solution already in hand.
  • The studio feels organised; files are where they should be, schedules are accurate and everyone knows where things stand.
  • Initiative is taken to improve systems rather than waiting to be told how things should work.
