Pubity is building a growing internal ecosystem of data products, automation systems, and operational tooling that underpins how we publish, monetise, and scale as a social publisher. As this internal roadmap accelerates, we are hiring a Junior Project Manager to support the Special Projects function by driving clarity, cadence, and completion across cross functional initiatives that sit outside business as usual.
This role is designed as a delivery amplifier. You will work directly with the Director of Special Projects and partner with teams across Client Services, Sales, Strategy, Social, Content, Creative Solutions, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure projects move from intent to shipped outcomes. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a high pace social publisher operates end to end, with particular focus on internal systems, data driven decision making, and execution at scale.
About the Role
You will support the delivery of Special Projects by taking scoped initiatives and driving them through planning, execution, communication, and adoption. This is a coordination and execution role with real responsibility. You will be expected to remove ambiguity, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure stakeholders have the clarity they need to deliver. You are not expected to make priority or resourcing decisions independently. Escalation, sequencing, and strategic decisions remain with the Director of Special Projects.
Working with AI and Automation
Pubity actively uses AI and automation across internal workflows, data products, and delivery systems. In this role, you are expected to actively utilise AI tools as part of how you plan, execute, and manage projects. This includes using AI to reduce manual overhead, accelerate clarity, and improve the quality of delivery outputs. You will not be expected to build AI systems yourself, but you will be expected to think fluently about where AI can support:
- Project planning and documentation
- Meeting preparation, summaries, and action tracking
- Internal communications and updates
- Feedback collection and insight synthesis
- Adoption analysis and delivery reporting
AI usage is a core expectation of this role and part of how the Special Projects function operates and scales.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and Execution
- Take defined scopes of work and drive them to completion across multiple departments
- Work with selected stakeholders outside their BAU responsibilities to deliver project outcomes
- Translate high level intent into clear plans, timelines, owners, and milestones
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across active initiatives
- Escalate blockers, slippage, or scope risk early with clear context
Workshops and Planning
- Run project workshops to remove ambiguity and align stakeholders
- Map scopes of work, success criteria, and delivery phases
- Prepare and host project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
- Ensure actions, owners, and deadlines are documented and followed through
Communication and Adoption
- Own internal project communications across active initiatives
- Coordinate launch planning, rollout comms, and adoption follow ups
- Collect feedback and usage data post launch
- Close the loop by delivering insights back into the Special Projects function
Cross Functional Exposure
- Partner closely with Social, Content, Sales, Client Services, Strategy, and Studio teams
- Support delivery across data products, automation systems, internal tools, and operational builds
- Gain exposure to product style thinking, data driven decision making, and software delivery concepts
What We’re Looking For
Must Haves
- Previous experience in project management, product management or operational roles
- Strong organisational and delivery instincts
- Comfortable running meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Able to bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Confident communicating with multiple teams and senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a bias toward action and follow through
Important
- Understanding of social publishing, content production, or creative agency environments
- Comfortable using AI tools in day to day work and curious about how AI and automation can improve delivery
- Interest in data, internal systems, and product style delivery
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with software or data delivery environments
- Experience working with tools like Monday, Slack, dashboards, or internal systems
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You enjoy turning chaos into clarity
- You like being close to the action and learning how the business really works
- You’re comfortable owning delivery mechanics while escalating decisions
- You want to build a strong foundation in execution, systems, and cross functional delivery
