About the Role

As a Lead Channel Manager within our Creator Partnerships team , you will own and evolve the strategy behind our Facebook video output. You will manage and inspire a team of Channel Managers and Social Editors, while working closely with creators and internal stakeholders to push performance, scale operations, and shape the next phase of our video publishing engine.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy & Publishing Oversight

  • Lead the video publishing strategy across Pubity Group’s Facebook pages.
  • Align output with platform best practices and performance goals (e.g. views, engagement, RPMs).
  • Ensure content is timely, on-brand, and optimised for reach and retention.

Team Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Channel Managers and Social Editors.
  • Motivate and mentor the team across publishing, ideation, and content tracking.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and prioritisation to meet publishing targets.

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Track performance using Meta Business Suite and internal dashboards.
  • Analyse performance trends and translate insights into actions.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with data-led recommendations.

Operational Excellence & Page Health

  • Manage rights, platform compliance, and quality control across all Facebook assets.
  • Ensure publishing workflows meet platform standards and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members as the function grows.

Collaboration & Creator Integration

  • Partner with creators and production teams to develop original and branded content.
  • Collaborate across departments to align creator partnerships with publishing output.
  • Drive projects that deliver value to both the creator ecosystem and the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a senior-level publishing or social media role, ideally in digital media or a social-first brand.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook’s algorithm, monetisation tools, and video trends.
  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing content or publishing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and data-led content planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Passionate about Gen Z culture, social video, creators, and digital storytelling.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and focused on driving measurable impact.
