We’re building the best media company in the world by 2031. That isn’t aspirational, 12 years of building has put us where almost no one in this industry stands: a globally recognised audience of ~170M and a positive content engine that works at scale.

We’re looking for a Head of Creator Content to join Pubity Group as we push into the next phase of growth. You’ll raise the quality of our creator content, build co-owned shows, series and IP and embed creators across the wider business.

What you’ll own:

  • Creator content quality: Own the standard and the continuous improvement of our creator content line.
  • Creator content development: Source, structure and build co-owned shows, series and IP with creators, revenue-share, Goalhanger-style economics. Scale creator IP across our existing output.
  • Cross-business creator integration: Drive creator emphasis across shows, series and the commercial team and help our brands become more creator-focused.
  • Syndication sales support: Join major creator syndication conversations and new-platform pitches (e.g. Spotify, Apple) as the content / technical expert.

Not in the scope:

  • Show production - owned by the Studio / Shows team. You supply the creator and IP layer.
  • Talent management - we work with creators and their agencies, we don’t represent them.

About you:

  • Senior, content-led operator from the creator economy or premium digital media.
  • Track record running a content team and lifting content quality at scale.
  • Built creator-led formats, shows or series from the ground up.
  • Fluent in IP and show economics, revenue share, co-owned property structures.
  • Strong, active relationships across YouTube and the wider creator world.
  • Sharp editorial instinct for what will and won’t travel.
  • The weight and experience to influence other functions - shows, commercial, brand.
