Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns across Pubity Group’s platforms. Acting as the primary day‑to‑day client contact, this role combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, commercial awareness, and cross‑functional coordination. The Account Manager owns the overall success of their assigned campaigns performance, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence while actively participating in business development opportunities and revenue growth of select accounts, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy & Consultation: Develop a strong understanding of client brand goals, target audience, messaging, and KPIs. Collaborate with clients to build branded content strategies across formats (video, social posts, stories, influencer activations, etc.). Recommend optimal platforms, distribution plans, and publishing schedules based on audience insights and best practice.
  • Creative Briefing & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video, and production teams). Lead the development of clear, actionable creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, deliverables, tone, and success metrics.
  • Campaign Project Management: Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, from kick‑off through recap, including project timelines and coordination with key stakeholders. Manage the approval process between client and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback cycles.
  • Campaign Execution & Project Management: Own campaign timelines from kickoff through to completion. Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are produced and published on schedule. Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, recommending and implementing in‑campaign optimizations.
  • Business Development: Participate in the overall commercialization of assigned accounts, including identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services. Help cultivate strong client and agency relationships to pave the road for future sales opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance in real time against agreed KPIs. Analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities. Ensure reporting is insightful, accurate, and aligned to client objectives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed campaign reports highlighting performance metrics, audience behaviour, and strategic insights. Develop actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary day‑to‑day client contact. Maintain consistent communication on campaign progress and performance. Build trusted, long‑term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Commercial Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years experience in digital media, branded content, social publishing, or agency account management.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and drawing strategic insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial publishing landscape.
