These are the brands Pubity is growing into its next big stars and this role is right at the heart of that mission.
You’ll own the full social lifecycle - idea → edit → publish → community → optimise, working closely with our social, production and freelance creator teams.
What you’ll do:- Own the day-to-day channels
- Manage and grow Old Friend Club across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Maintain a consistent, recognisable brand presence that stands out in the scroll.
- Identify creators to work with and opportunities to increase engagement.
- Oversee a team of social media admins managing day-to-day content across multiple brands.
- Track performance and iterate using analytics and social tools (retention, saves, shares, watch time, comments).
- Report regularly to the Emerging Brands Lead on content strategy, learnings and roll-outs.
- Create and edit high-performing content.
- Identify relevant trends early and translate them into content that fits.
- Edit social-first videos and assets (with strong pacing, hooks and platform-native style).
- Work confidently with fast turnarounds and reactive editing when trends move quickly.
- Drive community management.
- Oversee community engagement across all brands, reply, moderate and ensure tone of voice is always on-brand and appropriate.
- Craft captions and on-platform copy that’s witty, warm and culturally aware.
- Help shape the future of our Emerging Brands.
- Collaborate closely with the Emerging Brands Lead to develop new original format ideas across the portfolio.
- Contribute to bigger brand-building moments: influencer activations, merch launches, editorial campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
- Bring creative ambition to every brand - thinking beyond content calendars and into what could make each brand genuinely iconic.
- Proven experience in social media management, with ideally 1+ years of people management experience.
- Hands-on experience growing social media channels and creating content.
- A strong creative eye and editorial instinct for what makes content stop the scroll.
- Deep platform knowledge across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook - you understand the algorithm and what drives performance on each.
- Strong editing skills across video and photo (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalents).
- Excellent copywriting and community instincts: engaging, witty and always brand-appropriate.
- A genuine interest in brand-building, you think beyond posts and into the bigger picture.
- Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple brands, and adapting to frequent platform and cultural shifts.
- Experience working across entertainment, viral, or social-first media brands.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, social listening tools, and insights platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
- Interest or experience using AI tools to support content workflows and creative testing.
