We’re a tight-knit, agile team disrupting the next generation of news publishing - working with leading brands on campaigns that drive proven business results and that young people genuinely love. We’re looking for an Activation Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be focused on activating branded campaigns across Pubity Group’s portfolio of social-first brands, ensuring we deliver impactful, culturally relevant and authentic content to audiences on behalf of our partners. You will work closely with Client Services, Editorial, Creative and Strategy in London to translate briefs into high-performing, platform-native social campaigns at pace and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Activation: Partner with Client Services, Editorial and Creative to deliver high-engagement, culturally relevant campaigns that fit the Pubity Group tone of voice. Create highly impactful social content across Pubity Group’s channels. Ensure activations are executed in a way that maximises reach, participation and shareability. Collaborate cross-functionally with the London team to maintain alignment from concept through to launch.
  • Cultural & Trend Impact: Act as the central link between Commercial and Content teams, ensuring campaign ideas are rooted in live trends and platform behaviour. Monitor emerging conversations, formats and creators to inform proactive and reactive opportunities. Translate cultural moments into scalable brand opportunities.
  • Creative Brief Support: Support the Creative team in developing strategic responses to client briefs. Contribute insight, platform knowledge and audience understanding to strengthen creative concepts. Help shape storytelling approaches that feel native to each platform.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A genuine passion for social media, advertising and marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating social content on behalf of brands or publishers.
  • Foundational skills across any of Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot, Canva or Phonto.
  • Strong understanding of, and active interest in, the digital and social space - including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and Gen-Z-focused news platforms.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the appetite to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
