The Opportunity
We are building out our data and insights function and looking for someone who can turn social performance data into clear, compelling stories that help us win business and demonstrate campaign value. This is a cross-functional role supporting the Commercial Department with pre-sale insights while also collaborating with Client Services on campaign reporting. You will have direct access to leadership and real influence on how Pubity tells its story to the world’s biggest brands.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Commercial Department with data for pitches: audience insights, platform benchmarks, competitive context, and case studies
- Create clear, visual presentations that translate data into narratives that resonate with clients and agencies
- Collaborate with Client Services on campaign reporting, performance metrics, and engagement insights
- Contribute to developing measurement frameworks that demonstrate effectiveness beyond surface metrics
- Support work with brand lift partners and measurement vendors
- Help shape Pubity’s proprietary insights capabilities, contributing to the development of tools, metrics, and benchmarks
- Become proficient in our analytics stack (Brandwatch, Tubular, Demographics Pro, Measure Studio) and first-party data tools such as our internal social tracker
- Present insights to clients and agencies, as well as internal stakeholders including senior leadership
- Collaborate comfortably across teams and markets (US and UK)
What You Bring
Required- 3–5 years in a data, insights, or analytics role - ideally in social media, digital media, agency, or publishing
- Experience supporting commercial or sales functions with data and insights
- Strong presentation skills - comfortable presenting to clients, agencies, and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel
- Strong communication skills; you can translate complex data into clear narratives
- Knowledge of social media platforms and Gen Z culture
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with social listening/analytics tools (Brandwatch, Sprout, Tubular, Talkwalker)
- Familiarity with campaign measurement, brand lift studies, or effectiveness analysis
- Experience with large first-party datasets
