About the Role

, you'll play a key role in driving the continued growth of our UK commercial business.

You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of agency and direct brand relationships while proactively developing new business opportunities across your assigned verticals.

Working closely with the Brand Partnerships Director and Director of Brand Partnerships, you'll help identify commercial opportunities, secure new partnerships and deliver innovative social-first solutions that help brands connect with millions of consumers across the Pubity Group network.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver against individual quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build, manage and grow a portfolio of agency and direct client relationships, developing long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities across your assigned verticals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach, networking and relationship development.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, developing confidence in managing commercial conversations and supporting negotiations through to close.
  • Support the quality of partnership proposals across branded content, social amplification and integrated campaigns, working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Services, Content Solutions and Production teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships through upselling, cross-selling and repeat business.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships Director and Director of Brand Partnerships with lead generation, account mapping, prospect research and sales outreach across priority accounts
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform developments and emerging opportunities across social media and digital advertising.
  • Represent Pubity Group at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and uphold best practice across CRM management.

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years’ experience in media sales, social media/ digital advertising or brand partnerships, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering commercial results.
  • Confident leading client conversations and supporting the negotiation and close of commercial partnerships.
  • Building a strong network across media agencies and/or direct brands within the UK market, with the ambition to continue growing it.
  • Experience developing proposals across branded content, social and digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of the social media landscape, including Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Snapchat and Facebook.
  • Comfortable operating in an AI-first environment, with a genuine curiosity for leveraging emerging technologies to improve sales effectiveness, uncover new opportunities and work more intelligently.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools and other emerging technologies to support prospecting, lead generation, account planning, research, meeting preparation and day-to-day productivity.
  • A self-starter with a builder's mentality
