Role Overview
The Account Executive supports the delivery of branded content campaigns across Pubity Group’s social and digital platforms. Working closely with Account Managers and senior team members, this role is responsible for campaign coordination, client communication support, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of smaller Amplification campaigns. This is a detail-oriented, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and delivering high-quality campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution: Support full campaign setup across social platforms and internal systems management, including coordinating timelines, coordinating feedback between client and internal creative teams, working cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video production, and creative) and ensuring all campaign assets are delivered on time and in line with agreed specifications.
- Client Communication: Support regular client updates on campaign progress, including attending and managing relevant client calls and meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up notes.
- Creative & Production Support: Review creative, ensuring campaign goals and deliverables are going to be met and are in line with client expectations. Coordinate feedback between client and internal creative teams. Track asset approvals and ensure correct versions are finalised and published.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, creating relevant marketing collateral for the primary client as well as materials to aid in future sales opportunities (i.e. case studies) using analytics tools such as meta, brandwatch.
- Market Research: Support in landscape and category analysis to help in identifying pre-sale and proactive commercial opportunities for key accounts. Compile performance data including impressions, engagement and engagement rates. Support the creation of client reports with key insights and recommendations. Assist in gathering learnings for post-campaign analysis and case studies.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all branded content is correctly labelled and compliant with industry regulations (FTC/ASA). Support contract tracking to ensure paperwork is signed prior to campaign launch. Maintain accurate campaign documentation and internal tracking systems.
Skills & Experience
- 1+ year experience in digital publishing, media, social media, influencer marketing, or branded content.
