Pubity Group is one of the world’s leading Gen Z media companies, reaching over 200 million people globally across a portfolio of culturally relevant digital brands. We operate at the intersection of entertainment, internet culture and commercial innovation - and we are entering our next phase of scale. As the business grows in complexity, international footprint and strategic ambition, we are seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to act as a true force multiplier to our Founder & CEO.

This is not a traditional diary and logistics role. We are looking for a senior-level Executive Assistant who can operate as a strategic right hand to the CEO, someone who brings structure to ambiguity, momentum to ideas, and clarity to complexity. You will protect and optimise the CEO’s time, drive alignment across senior stakeholders, and ensure critical business priorities move forward at pace. You will be trusted with sensitive commercial information, board-level preparation, investor interactions and high-impact internal initiatives. This role requires judgement, discretion, commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge when necessary.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Executive Support: Own and optimise a complex, international calendar - prioritising ruthlessly in line with business objectives. Act as a strategic gatekeeper and advisor on time allocation and focus. Prepare the CEO for all key meetings (internal, investor, commercial, media) with clear briefs, context and action follow-ups. Support board preparation, investor communications and high-level external relationships.
  • Business Operations & Alignment: Track company-wide priorities, ensuring alignment between CEO objectives and departmental execution. Drive follow-ups and accountability across the senior leadership team. Act as CEO proxy in selected forums and internal communications when appropriate. Bring structure to planning cycles, off‑sites, strategy sessions and performance reviews. Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve operating rhythms. Lead select cross‑functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO from scoping to delivery. Build clear action plans with owners, timelines and measurable outcomes. Maintain visibility across major company projects and flag risk early. Ensure strategic decisions translate into operational execution.
  • High‑Performance Infrastructure: Design systems that enhance visibility, reporting and internal communication flow. Ensure travel, events and external engagements reflect executive-level standards. Manage personal logistics with precision, efficiency and zero friction.
About You
  • 6-10+ years’ experience supporting a Founder, CEO or C‑suite leader in a high‑growth, high‑performance environment.
  • Experience operating at scale, ideally within media, tech, startup or founder‑led businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex projects and drive outcomes, not just coordinate tasks.
  • Strong commercial judgement and fluency in financial and operational discussions.
  • Confident interacting with senior stakeholders, investors and external partners.
  • Comfortable challenging constructively and influencing upward.
  • Calm under pressure and decisive in ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion.
What Success Looks Like
  • The CEO is focused on strategy, growth and performance - not operational noise.
  • Leadership alignment improves through tighter follow-ups and clearer communication.
  • Key initiatives move faster and with stronger accountability.
  • Risks are surfaced early and managed proactively.
  • The role evolves from reactive support to strategic partnership.
