This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with end-to-end accountability for commercial performance, operational excellence and people capability across a significant region of the business. You will lead a large, geographically dispersed estate within a blended operating model, leading a team of 5 Area Managers and ensuring our pubs consistently deliver great guest experiences while achieving ambitious revenue, margin and profit targets.

What you’ll be accountable for:
- Commercial & Financial Performance
- Full P&L ownership, delivering revenue, margin and profit targets across the estate.
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term value creation.
- Using data, insight and performance diagnostics to identify risks, opportunities and decisive actions.
- Driving like-for-like growth and market share through rigorous execution of the trading plan.

- Ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, brand proposition and guest experience.

About You
You’ll be a senior, credible operations leader with a strong track record of delivering performance across large, multisite environments.
Experience
- Senior multisite operations leadership (e.g. Regional/Divisional Operations Director/Senior Manager, Head/Director of Operations or equivalent).
- Proven accountability for large scale P&L delivery, ideally 50m-100m+ turnover or equivalent complexity.
- Direct leadership of senior operational leaders (e.g. Area or Regional Managers).
- Experience within managed, partnership/franchise or similarly blended operating models.
- Demonstrable success in turnaround, performance improvement or step change growth.
