About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager with proven expertise in the FOREX/CFD industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting the company's products and services in the EU, MENA, CIS markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source new sales opportunities in the Forex market through multiple channels.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand individual client needs and deliver customized offerings to meet their goals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Keep accurate records, provide regular sales updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the FX/financial services industry (A MUST).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of the investment Forex market and the specifics of working with clients (IBs, Affiliates, CPA's, Fund Managers etc).
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (mandatory), additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
