We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to lead our global L&D initiatives within the dynamic video games industry. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies that enhance leadership capabilities and support the continuous growth of our diverse teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry needs.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a global L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Program Development: Design and deliver impactful management and leadership training programs using modern methodologies and technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to identify learning needs and tailor programs to improve performance and engagement.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior L&D role within the video games or related creative industries, with leadership of global teams and management training delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- Familiarity with modern L&D technologies, including LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual training solutions. Knowledge of KnowBe4 is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to assess program effectiveness through data analysis and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and tailoring learning programs to varied audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
