Lead the value-selling process by engaging with stakeholders at all levels of prospect organizations to uncover their specific supply chain logistics challenges.

Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ supply chain processes, identify pain points, and design fitting solutions with the product portfolio at hand, aligned to their strategic goals.

Develop and deliver compelling, tailored value propositions that make the business case for our solutions concrete and credible.

Own solutioning throughout the sales cycle: presentations, demos, conference room pilots, and proof-of-concept support.

Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure a professional, structured handover from the sales phase to delivery.

Feed market and customer insights back to Product Management to shape the roadmap.

Contribute to cross-team enablement: train peers, share best practices, and help industrialize pre-sales assets and playbooks.

Support demand generation activities and large account initiatives.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Your profile

  • Solid experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B software environment.
  • Strong domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain planning, transport optimization, or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to run engaging, value-led discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
  • Skilled at building business cases and translating technical capabilities into measurable customer value. This implies an analytical mindset and an eagerness to work with the customer's data, transforming those to our products' need.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — comfortable with C-level as well as operational audiences.
  • A sales-oriented mindset: you understand that your role is to help close deals, not just explain products.
  • Collaborative by nature — you share knowledge, build assets, and make the team stronger.
