This is a full time, permanent role, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be based from our Manchester office (Middleton, M24 1GQ).

About the role:
It’s a great time to join our award-winning, central finance team here at PTSG. We are looking for Billing Specialists to join our central finance team in our Middleton office in Manchester. As Billing Specialist, you will support the central finance team and wider PTSG finance community and business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Process and upload invoices using different customer portals.
- Review payment certificates and reconcile projects.
- Fix billing errors and help resolve invoice queries.
- Accurately record retentions held by customers.
- Chase applications for payments to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- Make sure all invoices have the correct PO numbers.
- Raise consolidated invoices for multiple clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
- Confident using Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and navigating spreadsheets.
- Comfortable answering phones and building rapport with clients.
- Able to stay organised and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Sage 200 would be advantageous but is not essential.
