Location: Covering North of England with office base in Widnes - Mixture of office and field based

Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)

You'll get 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to up to 25 days with years of service.

What you'll be doing:

As a Water Hygiene Supervisor, you will lead a team of 12-14 Water Hygiene Supervisors across the North of England. You will be based out of our Widnes office, splitting your time between office-based operations, site visits, and remote working.

• Directly supervise up to 14 water hygiene technicians. This includes coaching and mentoring, conducting competency assessments, creating/maintaining a training matrix, and driving the professional development of your team.

• Manage team schedules and approve rotas, sickness, and annual leave.

• Handle daily procurement by raising Purchase Orders (POs) and overseeing comprehensive vehicle stock control.

• Perform technical checks on completed jobs, conduct "toolbox talks," and provide hands-on technical assistance to Account Managers.

• Assist in the recruitment process and provide hands-on onboarding for new starters.

• Oversee complex water hygiene remedials and PPM works on-site, ensuring all projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.

• Regularly attend the Corby office to manage administrative requirements and team coordination.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in water hygiene and supervisory experience or team lead capacity. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274. Legionella risk assessment or water hygiene plumbing experience is beneficial.

A full UK driving license is essential.
