What You'll Be Doing Here
Reporting to David Johnson, you will carry out essential planned and reactive maintenance tasks on domestic, process, and cooling water systems across the Sellafield main and associated sites in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG274 Parts 1-3. Your daily and weekly responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out temperature monitoring, system and outlet flushing, and microbiological sampling for analysis both on and off-site.
- Performing professional servicing and disinfection of shower heads, cold water storage tanks, calorifiers, air handling units, cooling towers, and complex process systems.
- Maintaining meticulous record keeping, report writing, and logbook upkeep across all designated site facilities.
Who We're Looking For
Must be willing to apply and obtain a valid P4 pass and Security Clearance (SC), Full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable Criteria: GCSEs (or equivalent grades A-C) in English, Mathematics, and Science; WMSoc C&G qualifications (WO28, WO17, WO16); and a National Jetting qualification.
