PTSG Water Treatment in the Midlands is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to lead a team of 12-14 plumbers across the Midlands. The role is based out of our Corby office, with a mix of office-based, site visits and remote working.
You will coach and mentor, run competency assessments, maintain a training matrix, manage rotas, procurement, toolbox talks, and onboarding for new starters while ensuring quality and safety on site. A full UK driving licence is essential.
