Responsibilities
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
- Undertaking tank disinfections and replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
- Conducting mains injections and local disinfection tasks.
- Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
- Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
- Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus.
Location & Contract
- Location: South Wales area – Mobile.
- Contract: Permanent and full-time, 40 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call).
