The Role
We’re looking for skilled Fabric Engineers to join our maintenance team, working on a dedicated contract across the North of England. You’ll be carrying out a wide variety of general building and property repairs in commercial sites — from Leeds to Liverpool, Newcastle and everywhere in between.
You’ll handle all sorts of day-to-day maintenance tasks:
- Basic joinery and repairs
- Painting and patch plastering
- Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles
- Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings
- General property upkeep and minor remedial work
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in a good finish and enjoys variety in their day.
What You’ll Need
- A solid background in property or building maintenance (multi-skilled handy-person level)
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (due to site requirements)
