Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)

What You'll Be Doing Here:

  • You’ll be the person who knows exactly where our engineers are and what they’re doing.
  • You’ll be the main point of contact for clients who need to know when we’re showing up, and you’ll spend your day making sure the schedule actually makes sense.
  • It’s a busy and fast paced role that requires a good attention to detail.
  • You’ll be checking in on technician progress, tweaking routes to save time, and pulling reports to fix any jobs that fell through the cracks.
  • When an engineer calls in sick or someone goes on holiday, you’re the one who jumps in to reshuffle the diary so the work still gets done.
  • It’s about being the steady hand that keeps things organised when the day gets messy.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You'll need excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and our team.
  • It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with field-based teams, managing scheduling and planning.
  • You must be able to prioritise workload efficiently, have a high attention to detail and be comfortable solving problems.
