Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)

What You'll Be Doing Here:

  • Managing the end-to-end process for tenders, quotes, and contract renewals.
  • Writing and editing bid content so that it is clear, easy to read, and addresses what the client actually needs.
  • Keeping our bid pipeline and internal approvals running smoothly so deadlines are met.
  • Gathering information from our technical experts and turning it into clear, customer-focused responses.
  • Looking after our bid library to ensure our templates, case studies, and supporting documents are always up to date.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in bid management, ideally within water treatment, utilities, or building services.
  • Solid writing and editing skills, with a track record of putting together successful submissions.
  • The ability to get your head around tender requirements and juggle several deadlines at once.
  • The confidence to work with different teams across the business to get the information you need.
  • Great attention to detail and a good grasp of the commercial side of things, like risk and pricing.

This is a permanent and full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), and you can truly switch off as there's no on-call or weekend work, plus the office is closed during Christmas!
