What You’ll Be Doing Here:
- This role is based in our Head Office in Widnes, you will be the key link between our customers and our field‑based operations team.
- You’ll be assisting the Contract Managers with proactively managing customer contracts, scheduling work on our system (simPro).
- You will handle customer contact, like enquiries, complaints, and quotes, while keeping both customers and field engineers updated on schedule changes.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’ll need excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and our team.
- It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with field‑based teams, managing purchase orders, working with job sheets and producing reports and quotations.

- This is a permanent and full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), and you can truly switch off as there’s no on‑call or weekend work, plus the office is closed during Christmas!
