What You’ll Be Doing Here

You’ll be the person who knows exactly where our engineers are and what they’re doing. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients who need to know when we’re showing up, and you’ll spend your day making sure the schedule actually makes sense. It’s a busy and fast paced role that requires a good attention to detail. You’ll be checking in on technician progress, tweaking routes to save time, and pulling reports to fix any jobs that fell through the cracks. When an engineer calls in sick or someone goes on holiday, you’re the one who jumps in to reshuffle the diary so the work still gets done. It’s about being the steady hand that keeps things organised when the day gets messy.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and our team. It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with field‑based teams, managing scheduling and planning. You must be able to prioritise workload efficiently, have a high attention to detail and be comfortable solving problems.

This is a permanent and full‑time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), and you can truly switch off as there’s no on‑call or weekend work, plus the office is closed during Christmas!
