The Role

We’re looking for skilled Fabric Engineers to join our maintenance team, working on a dedicated contract across the North of England. You’ll be carrying out a wide variety of general building and property repairs in commercial sites — from Leeds to Liverpool, Newcastle and everywhere in between. You’ll handle all sorts of day-to-day maintenance tasks:

  • Basic joinery and repairs
  • Painting and patch plastering
  • Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles
  • Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings
  • General property upkeep and minor remedial work

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in a good finish and enjoys variety in their day.

What You’ll Need

  • A solid background in property or building maintenance (multi-skilled handy‑person level)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools
  • Willingness to travel across the region
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (due to site requirements)
