Location: Covering London and Midlands with office base in Corby. Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hpw, Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call).

You'll get 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to up to 25 days with years of service.

What you'll be doing

As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will lead a team of 12-14 plumbers across London and the Midlands.

You will be based out of our Corby office, splitting your time between office‑based operations, site visits, and remote working.

  • Directly supervise up to 14 plumbers, including coaching, mentoring, conducting competency assessments, creating and maintaining a training matrix, and driving professional development.
  • Manage team schedules and approve rotas, sickness, and annual leave.
  • Handle daily procurement by raising Purchase Orders (POs) and overseeing vehicle stock control.
  • Perform technical checks on completed jobs, conduct toolbox talks, and provide hands‑on technical assistance to Account Managers.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and provide hands‑on onboarding for new starters.
  • Oversee complex plumbing works on‑site, ensuring all projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Regularly attend the Corby office to manage administrative requirements and team coordination.
  • What we are looking for
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification and ideally an RPZ ticket.
  • Proven experience in water hygiene plumbing and supervisory experience or team lead capacity.
  • Full UK Driving License.
