<div><p><b>Location:</b> East of England, travelling distance to M1 - Mobile</p> <p><b>Contract:</b> Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hourly hours per week Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)</p> <h2>What we offer</h2> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + company car with fuel card</li> <li>Overtime rate 1.5-2x</li> <li>Paid travel time after 30 minutes</li> <li>Life assurance (3x salary)</li> <li>Online GP access + prescriptions</li> <li>Vivup discount platform (gym, tech, holidays, retail & more)</li> <li>Salary sacrifice pension</li> </ul> <p>You'll get 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to up to 25 days with years of service.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing</h2> <ul> <li>Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.</li> <li>Undertaking tank disinfections and replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.</li> <li>Conducting mains injections and local disinfection tasks.</li> <li>Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.</li> <li>Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.</li> <li>Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.</li> </ul> <h2>What we are looking for</h2> <p>To be successful in this role, you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
You should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
