What You’ll Be Doing Here:
- Know exactly where engineers are and what they’re doing, acting as the main point of contact for clients to know when we’re showing up.
- Maintain and optimise the schedule to make sure it actually makes sense.
- Check in on technician progress, tweak routes to save time, and pull reports to fix any jobs that fell through the cracks.
- Reshuffle the diary when an engineer calls in sick or someone goes on holiday, ensuring work still gets done.
- Serve as the steady hand that keeps things organised when the day gets messy.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with both clients and our team.
- Experience working with field‑based teams, managing scheduling and planning.
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and have a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable solving problems.
