Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and mentor our field and office teams across water hygiene, risk assessing, plumbing, and water treatment services throughout Scotland.
- Drive operational efficiency and great service delivery by managing the entire colleague lifecycle, from recruitment through to development.
- Champion efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety and quality standards.
- Nurture and strengthen long-term client partnerships to maintain our high client retention rate.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business expansion and craft tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage client accounts and financials, meeting regularly with partners to ensure full satisfaction and understanding of their unique compliance requirements.

- Strong background and proven technical knowledge of the water compliance industry, including regulations like HSG 274 and ACoP L8. (Essential)
