What You'll Be Doing Here

This role is fully office based in Glasgow, G4 9XA, with some occasional national travel to our other offices (Whitehaven, Widnes, Warrington and Corby). You will be the key link between our customers, our field-based engineer and our national operations team. You’ll still be "hands-on" answering phones, helping customers, and booking in work - but you’ll also be the person who keeps the wheels turning for our nationwide team. You’ll make sure our system (SimPRO) is being used correctly and that our targets are being met.

  • Monitor CRM system to ensure jobs correctly progress through the system and find ways to improve our processes.
  • Share regular feedback on team performance with the National Service Delivery Manager.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations.
  • Keep a close eye on KPIs and coach the team to get back on track if needed.
  • Manage office supply orders, raise Purchase Orders, and assist with invoicing.
  • Step up to lead the team when the National Service Delivery Manager is away.

Who We're Looking For

You are great with people and can build strong relationships with everyone from on-site engineers to major corporate clients. You are tech-savvy and have experience improving CRM workflows and processes (if you know SimPRO, that’s a huge bonus!). You’re a proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Ideally, you have experience training or supervising a small team and are ready for the responsibility of helping lead a national operation.
