Responsibilities
You will be the main point of contact for clients and the internal team, ensuring engineers' calendars are up to date and schedules make sense. You will check technician progress, tweak routes to save time, pull reports to fix jobs that fell through the cracks, and reshuffle the diary when an engineer is sick or on holiday. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with field-based teams, managing scheduling and planning is an advantage. High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and efficient workload prioritisation.
