What You’ll Be Doing Here
- Oversee and manage our national assessment team, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of ACOP L8, HSG274, HTM04-01, and BS8580 compliance.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor assessors, and oversee the onboarding and performance management of your team.
- Conduct technical audits, monitor KPIs, and develop best practices to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for complex technical reviews, attend client meetings, and assist in securing new business opportunities.
- Work closely with our Operations, Sales, and Compliance departments to support company objectives and prepare for external accreditations.
What We’re Looking For & The Perks
- Proactive leader with proven experience supervising or managing a team and extensive experience in the water hygiene industry.
- Proven success in conducting Legionella risk assessments.
- Strong management skills, ability to oversee multiple projects, and deep, practical knowledge of current industry standards (ACOP L8, HSG274, HTM04-01, BS8580).
- Membership with WMSoc or equivalent and City & Guilds qualifications are highly desirable.
- Customer-focused, a natural problem solver, and ready to lead a senior management function.
- This role involves national travel therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
