Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)
Salary: up to £35000 basic + £2000 sign on bonus + overtime

What you'll be doing:
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
- Undertaking tank disinfections and replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
- Conducting mains injections, local disinfection tasks.
- Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and removing dead legs.
- Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
What we are looking for:
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
- Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus.
- Full UK Driving License.
