At NEO Property Solutions, part of PTSG, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of Passive Fire Protection projects across housing, healthcare, education and major commercial frameworks. Working at the heart of our commercial and operational teams, you will influence pricing, manage variations, support project delivery and contribute directly to commercial performance. This is a varied, fast‑paced role offering genuine responsibility and opportunities to develop within a growing, industry‑leading business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing works using SOR schedules and first principles where required
  • Preparing, costing and securing approval for contract variations
  • Producing monthly valuations and helping to minimise Work in Progress (WIP)
  • Updating client portals with completed works
  • Reconciling works management systems and reviewing contract costs
  • Attending client progress meetings, both in person and via Microsoft Teams
  • Working closely with Operations to support the smooth delivery of projects
  • Assisting with commercial reporting and maintaining accurate project records

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience within Passive Fire Protection or a related construction sector
  • Experience in estimating or quantity surveying, whether at Assistant level or with more established experience
  • Confidence managing pricing, valuations and contract variations
  • The ability to prioritise changing workloads while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with clients and internal teams
  • A relevant degree is desirable but not essential
  • Practical experience, commercial awareness and the ability to add value to the team
