Are you a highly skilled Lightning Protection Installation Engineer looking for a new role? Join our specialist team as we safeguard everything from prestigious new developments to towering industrial structures across the UK.

Responsibilities

This isn\’t your average desk job. Joining our team spread across the UK, your work will directly prevent damage and ensure safety on vital projects. Expect to work outdoors and at height, expertly installing and upgrading crucial lightning protection and earthing systems. You\’ll follow pre-designed schemes, using scaffolding and other platforms for safe access to challenging locations. Day-to-day tasks include completing accurate paperwork and serving as a key on-site communicator with clients and project managers.

This role involves regular travel across London and surrounding areas. Office base location is at South Ockendon, RM15 6SS.

What We\\\’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in lightning protection (testing, repair, or installation).
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Lightning Conductor Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of British Standards (BS EN 62305:2012).
  • Full UK driving licence and CSCS Card.
  • Desirable: IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS.
