About us: We are a trusted electrical and fire safety servicing company, offering our services to both the public and private sectors. We maintain a friendly, fast and efficient service and have served a large and varied client base for the last 10 years. Our client base includes landlords, architects, developers, consultants, local authorities and housing associations; looking after over 65,000 sites.

Our head office in Colton Leeds employs over 150 people, with a further 100 fully qualified engineers employed across the UK.

Role Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Colton Leeds LS15
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
  • Salary: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contacting customers with overdue invoices
  • Completing customer satisfaction calls
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries
  • Processing card payments
  • Arranging and reconciling accounts
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Replying to email and telephone enquiries
  • Managing inbound calls and directing to departments as necessary
