Role Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
- Salary: £12.71 – £15.50 per hour (with bonus incentives)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating engineer schedules and optimising daily routes
- Allocating jobs based on priority and location
- Managing and ordering essential stock and equipment
- Acting as the first point of contact for engineers and customers
- Handling queries professionally and resolving issues efficiently
- Processing completed work, updating records, and maintaining accuracy
