£4,000 Sign-On Bonus
If you know your way around lifelines, guardrails and working at height, you’ll already know this isn’t your average site role. You’ll be working across commercial buildings, high-rise developments and industrial sites — installing and maintaining systems that keep people safe when working at height.
What the role involves
This is hands-on, site-based work where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of height safety systems, including:
- Fall arrest and life safety lines
- Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil)
- Gantry and walkways
- Guardrails
- Fixed and portable ladders
- General lifting equipment
Alongside this, you’ll:
- Ensure all work meets British Standards and strict compliance requirements
- Identify and report any remedial or additional works
- Work across different sites nationwide, with occasional stays away
- Support other divisions when required
What you’ll need
- Experience working at height or within access / safety systems
- Confidence using tools and working in a hands-on environment
- Good understanding of health & safety standards
- Full UK driving licence
