Our Fall Arrest Installations (FAI) division works on major construction projects across the UK installing fall protection and safety systems on new build developments and refurbishment projects.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Fall Protection Installer to join our growing team in the South of England.
What the role involves:
- You will work alongside a Lead Engineer installing fall protection systems across construction sites and commercial buildings.
- Assisting with installation of fall protection systems including mansafe and safety line systems.
- Supporting the Lead Engineer during installations.
- Working safely at height on construction sites.
- Ensuring installations meet British Standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintaining company equipment and tools.
- Completing site paperwork and basic reporting.
- Representing PTSG professionally on client sites.
Most work is carried out on construction sites across London and the South East, with travel required.
You’ll need:
- Experience installing fall protection systems.
- Experience working at height.
- CSCS Card.
- SSSTS / IOSH desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage installations on site.
