What You’ll Be Doing Here:

  • This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, helping to install and maintain crucial fall protection systems.
  • Your work will directly help keep people safe at some of the UK’s most important developments.
  • It’s a physically demanding role, but we prioritize health and safety, always striving to minimize manual handling where possible.
  • Through a comprehensive 12-month training program you’ll gain invaluable skills.
  • You’ll be paired with a qualified engineer who will be your mentor, teaching you hands-on every day.
  • Alongside this practical experience, you’ll receive formal qualifications from our trusted college provider, setting you up with the expertise needed in this vital industry.
  • You’ll work 47.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with flexible working options and optional overtime opportunities.

What We’re Looking For and Perks:

  • Ideally, you’ll have some construction work experience (perhaps as a labourer on site) or experience using power tools.
  • An existing CSCS card is a big plus!
  • You must be able to drive to travel to various sites and be age 18 or above for this role.
  • You’ll earn a starting salary of £31,000.00, with structured pay increases as you gain qualifications.
  • A company car will be provided to support your travel, and you’ll also benefit from our comprehensive group benefits and discounts package.
